Springbank Sherry Fino Cask 2025

Springbank Distillery’s Springbank Fino Cask Matured 2025 (10 Year Old) is the fourth Sherry Series release, matured 4 years in Bourbon and 6 years in Fino casks, bottled at 55% ABV. Fino’s lighter, drier influence subtly enhances the whisky’s saline edge while allowing Springbank’s signature lightly peated, 2.5-times-distilled character to take centre stage. Expect a citrus, sweet spice and gentle maritime character with a fresh, dry sherry finish.
