This older expression of the award-winning flagship bourbon is bottled without chill filtration at 100 proof, crafted with a mashbill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley. Since the company's founding in 2014, select barrels have been carefully set aside for long-term aging. With extended time in the barrel, the bourbon develops a rich balance of savory-spicy flavors, complemented by an oaky character that gives way to a smoother, more mellow, and buttery finish.
