Kentucky Owl St. Patrick's Edition is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between Kentucky Owl and Louise McGuane — an Irish whiskey bonder who sources and ages her own barrels in Ireland. The project was born when McGuane visited Kentucky in search of ex-Bourbon casks, and the two parties decided to create something far more interesting: a bourbon marriage built around the whiskies that had previously lived inside those very casks.

The Blend

Bottled at 100 proof, this expression combines approximately 40% 4.5-year-old Bardstown Bourbon Company wheated bourbon with whiskies from Heaven Hill, Peerless, and other Kentucky Owl stocks — a rich, layered marriage that reflects both Kentucky craftsmanship and Irish sensibility.
