The aromas are immediately captivating, with notes of ripe fruit, perfectly baked agave, green olive, and earthy undertones. Offering a slightly brighter and more rustic profile compared to the classic blanco, its flavors are distinct. The butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal nuances stand out, all thanks to the fact that it’s bottled straight from our handcrafted copper pot stills—no water added.
