Amrut Little Greedy Angels 8yr

A train journey of demerara sugar, burnt coffee, and vanilla-cream custard with an engine of soft phenols. The bourbon barrels used for maturation shine through. TASTE: Tropical fruits as in the nose and typical salted caramel, honey and syrupy too! The vanilla-cream custard is not shy in any way and is at the forefront. The texture of the whisky on the mid-palate is silky with a note of mild citrus and banana. Due to the length of tropical maturation, the phenols are soft and mesmerizing. FINISH: Refreshing with a note of banana and peat.
